The CCSU Purchasing Department is part of the Business Services/Fiscal Affairs group and assists the University community in the procurement of goods and services. It is our goal to conduct all activities in the best interest of the University, providing procurement services in accordance with sound business and procurement practices and to comply with guidelines established by State of Connecticut and the Connecticut State University System.  Our goal is to procure goods and services to accommodate University needs in a timely and economical manner. The purchasing department utilizes available University wide and State of Connecticut contracts and agreements.

The Central Connecticut State University Purchasing Department is located in the Marcus White Annex room 006, (building 3A in the campus map).  Office hours are 8:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Appointments are encouraged to ensure that the appropriate buyer is available. Parking is available throughout campus. Contact the CCSU Police Department at (860) 832-2375 to obtain a parking pass before using any lots on campus.
