Graduate Application: Manage Supporting Documents

Important Notes   
  1. Please follow appropriate instructions and application deadlines regarding your graduate application.
  2. Before managing your supporting documents, you should first submit a graduate application online. You will receive a Campus Wide ID (CWID) number within a day or two (if you already have a CWID, you will still need to wait at least 24 hours after your submission of online graduate application). Use this number to login below. If you do not  receive your CWID number after two work days of your online application, please contact us.
  3. Please enter the same graduate program and personal email address below that you used in your online graduate application form. This subsystem is best experienced with Internet Explorer. 
  4. Your uploaded documents and list of references will be associated with your graduate program and entry term. Therefore, if you will need to adjust your entry term or change your graduate program for some reason, then please do so (by contacting us) before continuing with managing your documents online.
