Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning

The Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning’s (FCTL) aim is to support all who teach at and for Ferris State University.  We do this – individually and collaboratively – by responding to and meeting the needs and interests of individual faculty, academic units, and the broader University community.  In addition to its one-on-one support and assistance for faculty, FCTL’s programs include the New Faculty Transition Program, Junior Faculty Fellows Program, Course Design Institute, Academic Service-Learning Program, Political Engagement Project, Economic Inequality Initiative, various semester- and year-long faculty learning communities, and frequent workshops, books discussion groups, and technology training sessions.
