The Academy for Entrepreneurial Leadership offers entrepreneurial programs, services, and resources to faculty and graduate students at UIUC. Center activities include sponsored events in entrepreneurship, a lecture series, a student entrepreneurship support program, information and research services, a development opportunity fund, graduate scholars program, entrepreneurial workshops, and faculty fellows and affiliates programs.
The Center strives to define and address the professional responsibility challenges that confront professionals in business, government, and academia. The Center develops, conducts, and shares innovative professional responsibility curricula and extracurricular activities; supports the conduct of research; and engages regularly with external audiences that include business leaders, policy makers, and regulators.
How society chooses to address today’s major public policy challenges will fundamentally shape the future of the U.S. economy. The mission of the Center for Business and Public Policy at the University of Illinois is to promote rigorous research about how market forces and public policy shape one another, and to communicate these findings through innovative teaching and public engagement activities.
The Center is committed to developing innovative business models and strategies for the effective application of new technology to create world-class research and educational programs in electronic commerce, information technology strategy, technology management, and the commercialization of technology.
CIERA serves the academic and professional communities by providing world-class leadership and educational support in international accountancy and business research. CIERA strives to provide innovative learning experiences for faculty, students, and professionals in all aspects of scholarship, including the creation, integration, dissemination, and management of accounting knowledge in the international domain.
