The Student Clubs and Greek Life Office provides financial support for all registered clubs at UAA.  Information on accessing club funds to make payments, purchases, or deposits may be found in the Student Club Financial Management Handbook.  Please contact the Student Clubs and Greek Life Office in Student Union 210 or at 907-786-1385 with any questions regarding your club’s financial records or for further financial information.

Financial Management Training

Each President and Treasurer of registered student clubs are required to attend Financial Management Training at least once each academic year. Although this training is required for Presidents and Treasurers, any club member is welcome to attend. This training provides information on student club financial accounts, spending student club funds, making deposits, and many other important details and policies.

Thursday, October 23    3 - 4 p.m.   

All training sessions will be held in the Leadership Lab, located in Student Union room 206.  Please e-mail hinkley@uaa.alaska.edu or stop by the Student Clubs and Greek Life Office to register for your training session today!
