Glorious Southport colour from Britain in Bloom The RHS is the national organising body for the annual Britain in Bloom campaign, which promotes horticulture in the community for the benefit of people and the environment.

More than 1,000 urban and rural communities in the Britain in Bloom competition, and more than 700 in Neighbourhood Awards, come together each year in a national celebration of community gardening at its very best.
