Charlotte Brooks The RHS is broadening its reach and appeal to a greater audience, and to do this we need people that are passionate about horticulture and good at their job! Not all of our employees need a horticultural qualification, but an understanding and appreciation of horticulture is important.

Throughout our many departments we have talented and accomplished people who work together to maintain our gardens, present our shows, sell our products, advise our members and ensure that we lead the industry on horticultural excellence.

The career paths that people have taken are as different as a daffodil is to an oak tree, so there is no set formula for joining our team. We want people that want to add value and support us in our purpose.
