Alice Easley Scholarship

UAA Alice Easley Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Alice Easley Memorial Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to non-traditional students with dependent child/children who are formally admitted into an Associate or Baccalaureate degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and who are in financial need.

Award amount is a maximum $500 per academic year

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need.
  • Applicant must be a non-traditional student with dependent child/children.
  • Applicant should demonstrate motivation, academic and leadership potential.
  • Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
  • Applicant must be formally admitted into an Associate or Baccalaureate degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
  • Applicant must plan on enrolling at least part-time (six credits) at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
