Regular Hours of Enforcement:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Permits are not required to park on the main campus on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, during the interim period between semesters, on holidays when there are no classes, or outside of weekday enforcement hours.
- Spring '12 permits will be available for online purchase beginning December 5th. Permit charges may be added to your student account beginning November 14th.

First day of Spring enforcement will be January 17th, order your permits by January 5th to ensure time for delivery.
- **ADA accessible spaces, brown permit spaces, loading zones & fire lanes are enforced as posted year-round
Parking Permits: Students, faculty and staff who frequently drive to campus will want to invest in an Annual or Semester parking permit, available for purchase online at www.thepermitstore.com.
Pay N' Park: Visitors may park anywhere in the surface lots or either garage by purchasing hourly passes at any of the seven Pay N' Park machines located around campus. Pay N' Park permits are priced at $2 per hour or $10 per day.
Day Passes: Priced at $10 per day, Day Passes offer the same privileges as the Pay N' Park permits and may be purchased in advance at the Parking Services customer service counter, or from Accounting Services, the Consortium Library, or the UAA Bookstore.
Metered Parking spots are available in front of the Administration Building, as well as near Rasmuson Hall and Eugene Short Hall.

Convenient Payment Options for Students, Faculty & Staff:

For students purchasing a permit from their student account: Be sure to add the permit to your Banner account, then choose "student account" for type of payment when ordering your permit from " www.thepermitstore.com". This does not charge your account twice for the purchase.

Faculty and staff purchasing with payroll deduction: Please submit the original Payroll Deduction Form to insure that your permit is issued.

Adjunct faculty: May order a semester permit on-line, and fax or email a copy of their appointment letter to Parking Services 786-6099 or aypark@uaa.alaska.edu. The permit cannot be issued until the letter is received.
Note: You are not required to purchase your permit via any of the above-listed methods; these are merely offered as a convenience. The Permit Store also accepts major credit cards.
