The Della Keats/U-DOC Summer Enrichment Program is offered through the University of Alaska Anchorage Biomedical Program/WWAMI and is designed to provide high school students with the opportunity to investigate health careers and prepare for successful completion of undergraduate preprofessional programs.

The National Institutes of Health's (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) Program offers qualified high school students the opportunity to conduct biomedical research.  The NIDDK Program provides mentorship by an experienced researcher and participation in academic and social activities of the Della Keats/U-DOC Program.
