Camai Room Grand Opening

Everyone is invited to the grand opening of the Camai Room. The event will feature Native dance groups, special guests, food, and crafts.

When: Thursday, September 22, 6:30-7:30pm
Where: UAA Commons 104

Camai (pronounced cha-my) is a Yupik word for 'welcome'. The Camai Room will welcome all students and serve a variety of social and academic functions. Additionally, the Alaska Native & Rural Outreach Program (ANROP) is based in the room.
