All rates shown are per-semester, and include all utilities plus internet.

Housing fees are payable at the start of each academic term (beginning of the Fall and/or Spring Semester), allowing you to avoid the hassles of monthly rent or utility bills.

*Note: A $40 processing fee will be required from every student that submits a UAA Housing application. The $40 fee is not refundable and cannot be waived. A $200 deposit will be required with all signed agreements. All housing application fees and deposits will generally be paid in advance, however if an application fee or deposit is not included with a signed housing agreement, it may be assessed to the student's UAA account.

All students residing in the Residence Halls are required to purchase a meal plan membership. Please refer to the Meal Plans page for available dining packages and pricing.
