How to Apply for Housing

Students may sign up for housing for either an entire academic year or semester-by-semester. To apply for housing, please complete and return a housing application. Space is assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis, so it is best to submit your application as early as possible. If you are not able to secure a place in the on-campus housing community for the Fall, we hope you will consider taking advantage of this great resource the following semester.

University Housing and the Department of Residence Life welcomes all students to be part of the on-campus housing community at UAA, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, Vietnam era or disabled veteran status, physical or mental disability, changes in marital status, pregnancy or parenthood.
Who Can Live
in On-Campus Housing?
UAA’s on-campus housing is home to about 946 residential students. To be eligible to live on-campus during the fall and spring semesters, you must be enrolled in a minimum of twelve (12) credits each semester. As the Housing community is a scholastic environment, resident students are expected to make academic progress throughout the school year.

At this time, UAA does not have co-ed or family housing available.
