The Office of Financial Student Assistance is located at the University Mall, just south of the
Old Seward Hwy & 36th Avenue, at the south end of the Mall.

Lobby hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. & Wednesday 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.  Lobby services include Accounting, Registration and the Computer Lab.

Kiosk Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 A.M. -6:00 P.M., and Friday 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. Staff members are knowledgeable in a variety of areas and can assist with answering questions and providing you with forms.

Phone Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Wednesday 10:00 A.M-5:00 P.M
