UAA’s Technologies Programs provides professional facilities conveniently located in the University Center Mall available to rent for your next training event.

The computer labs come equipped with computer workstations, two whiteboards, ceiling-mounted ViewSonic PJ1065 data/video projector, television, VCR, DVD player, printer, scanner, overhead projector, T1 and wireless Internet access, telephone for on-campus calls, and teleconferencing capability.  Additional equipment is available for rent.

Includes software installation, troubleshooting time, client-specific network configurations and related needs.

Administrative Fees

Includes staff time for logistical/administrative support, billing, buying supplies, room setup and cleanup, making catering arrangements (if any), additional equipment setup and related needs.

o   $25.00 per hour

·         2 or less days prior to event

o   $50.00 per hour
