Katie Quan and the Outsourced Economy Katie Quan, Chair of the Center for Labor Research and Education at UC Berkeley Institute of Industrial Relations, contributor to the book What’s Class Got To Do With It?, presents her views on Globalization and working people. 3:30 - 5:30pm.
