Dr. Johnson has published more than thirty refereed journal articles, three encyclopedia chapters, and two computer software programs, and has also made more than thirty professional presentations at conferences and symposia. He is currently at work on a dozen research projects and has two book-length manuscripts in preparation.
Dr. Johnson's particular interests lie in the areas of cross-cultural psychology, research methodology, psychological assessment, and addictive behavior. 

Between Two People

Book cover of Between Two People     Increasingly, more couples seek counseling to improve the quality of their long-tern relationships.  They want to resolve differences and feel closer to each other - they want greater intimacy.
Between Two People provides a practical program to build trust, improve communication, and rekindle romance.  Designed to be used by couples in counseling, this program is based on sound research in psychodynamic theory, family systems theory, and cognitive behaviorism.
