REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Registration is available now; follow these three easy steps. If you've already been issued a UAA student identification number, please skip to Step 2.

1. Apply for Admission to UAA as a non-degree seeking student. 
a. 
Click here to apply for admission application, login and password.  
b.  Select “New Student”.    
c.  You will then be prompted to create a login and password. 
d.  Choose the college “University of Alaska Anchorage”.
e.  Choose degree type “Non-Degree Seeking”
f.   Complete the application.
g.  Your Student ID will be assigned to you.

2.  Fill out the appropriate course registration form (word format).

a.    Neuroanatomy: A Clinician's Review

b.    Gross Anatomy of the Extremities: A Clinician's Review

3.  Choose one of the following registration/payment options.

a.  Pay with credit card on Registration Form
Fax Registration Form to:  Office of the Registrar
Fax:  907-786-1427

or

b.  Pay online at http://uaonline.alaska.edu/  (login as a secure student by entering your account information with your new user ID (your eight-digit student ID number) and your PIN)

or

c.   Send Registration Form & Check to:
