Follow These 3 Easy Steps:

1. Apply for Admission to UAA as a non-degree seeking student. 
a.  Click here to apply for admission application, login and password.  
b.  Select “New Student”.    
c.  You will then be prompted to create a login and password. 
d.  Choose the college “University of Alaska Anchorage”.
e.  Choose degree type “Non-Degree Seeking”
f.   Complete the application.

2.  Fill out the appropriate course registration form (word format).

a.    Anatomy and Kinesiology of the Extremities Course

b.    Neuroanatomy Course

Note:  Your student ID is assigned to you once you have completed the non-degree seeking application in #1.

3.  Payment/Submission of Registration Form:

a.  Pay with credit card on Registration Form
Fax Registration Form to:  Lora Volden, Assistant Registrar
Fx:  907-786-1427

b.  Pay online http://uaonline.alaska.edu/  (login as a secure student,                    to account information with your new userid(student id) and pin #)

c.   Send Registration Form & Check to:
