Fryer’s Roses
Fryer’s Roses launched the following roses.

'You Are My Sunshine' A new giant-hearted golden yellow hybrid tea with large flawless blooms, gloriously rich in colour that hold well until petal drop. This is named in support of the North-West Air Ambulance who will receive a £1.50 donation from each rose sold.

'Alderley Park' An exciting new introduction that is laden with large breathtaking blooms in a fashionable and irresistible shade of delicate porcelain-pink. They are full petalled in the old-fashioned style and carried in abundance on a sturdy vigorous growing plant. Named to mark the 50th anniversary in 2007 of AstraZeneca's Alderley Park site.

Isle of Wight Lavender
Lavender specialists, Isle of Wight Lavender, showed a striking new French Lavender, Lavandula stoechas 'Silver Anouk'. As the name suggests, the foliage is a distinctive silvery grey compared to other Stoechas varieties. It's compact, only growing to about 40cm (16in).

Southfield Nurseries
Cacti fans are in for a real treat, with two new Echinopsis from Southfield Nurseries. Echinopsis 'Golden Petticoat' has beautiful golden flowers, while Echinopsis 'Sunset' has larger yellowy-orange flowers.

Wilford Bulb Co
Wilford Bulb Co had a beautiful display including the new bright red, sweetly scented, Asiatic lily, Lilium 'Fatel'. It's a very rich red, growing to about 90cm (3ft).

Pennard Plants
Agapanthus are proving to be very popular plants, and Pennard Plants had a number of great specimens on display, including a yet-to-be-named upward facing bloomer. This tall cultivar, growing to about 90cm (3ft), will be released in 2008.
