Philip Tivey & Son is launching a number of new red, pink, cream, white and yellow cultivars of Alstroemeria for patio container and border use.
Poppy Heads is launching a new Eucomis that was bred from E. comosa, which is, as yet, unnamed. It grows 50cm (20in) high with bronze red foliage and rose pink flowers, ideal for dry gardens and poor soil.
Green Garden Herbs is exhibiting for the first time at Tatton and will be displaying some cultivars not seen at shows before, including Echinacea purpurea ‘Green Eyes’ and Echinacea purpurea ‘Razzmatazz’.
Eagle Sweet Peas is launching two new cultivars of sweet pea; pure white ‘Tracy Ann’ and lavender ‘Ida King’, which are both highly perfumed.
Oak Tree Nursery is introducing a small range of Dianella (flax lilly), and some varieties of Australasian plants, including Lomandra and Stylidium.
