Plant advisory servicesThe Society’s advisory staff includes botanists, entomologists, plant pathologists, plant physiologists and soil scientists, who work closely with a team of experienced general hoticultural advisers. Together they respond to the scientific and advisory needs of RHS members.

Advisers are on hand at the RHS Garden Wisley or at the end of the telephone to help members with their gardening problems. This one-to-one service is an exclusive benefit of RHS membership, and advisers answer in excess of 70,000 gardening queries a year. RHS members have access to some of the best and most up-to-date gardening advice you can find.

RHS members also have access to the Society's expertise through The Garden, the monthly Journal of the RHS, by visiting the various RHS gardens, which serve as living encyclopaedias and through its programme of lectures and demonstrations.
