The Hunter College Foundation is seeking nominations for the second annual Joan H. Tisch Community Health Prize.
In the November issue of Health Affairs, CUNY School of Public Health professors Nicholas Freudenberg (Hunter College) and Emma Tsui(Lehman College) examine the prospect that creating new entry-level jobs in fields such as health care, environmental remediation or food services can both boost local economies and improve health.
