Instant Wolf Fridays

Instant Wolf Fridays provide the opportunity for students to apply for fall 2014 admission when visiting the WOU campus. Students who provide an application for admission, $60 application fee or OUS Fee Deferral, official transcripts and ACT/SAT scores (freshmen only) will receive an admission decision or update before departing campus. High school students who will be graduating in 2015 are also invited to participate in WOU's Instant Wolf Friday programs. 2015 high school graduates will be required to provide an official transcript with grades through their junior year and a list of senior year courses. Instant Wolf Fridays will be offered each Friday through September 26 with the exception June 27 (freshman orientation), July 4 (holiday) and July 11 (freshman orientation).

The Writing Center will be available to students taking classes during the summer session! Appointments are made through the WOU Portal via the WC Online button located in the right corner of the screen, as well as in-person and by phone. Tutors are available to help students in person and online with writing projects for any course and any level of instruction.

Summer Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR)

SOAR is intended for new freshmen enrolling fall term and their families. Students will take placement tests, receive their ID card, learn more about campus resources and complete the course registration process. The SOAR schedule includes specific orientation activities for family members and guests. Students are required to register for their preferred SOAR date via the WOU Portal.

Description:    Instant Wolf Fridays provide the opportunity for students to apply for fall 2014 admission when visiting the WOU campus. Students who provide an application for admission, $60 application fee or OUS Fee Deferral, official transcripts and ACT/SAT scores (freshmen only) will receive an admission decision or update before departing campus. High school students who will be graduating in 2015 are also invited to participate in WOU's Instant Wolf Friday programs. 2015 high school graduates will be required to provide an official transcript with grades through their junior year and a list of senior year courses.
