Phase 1:
Activate Your Gmail Account
- Login to the WOU Portal
- In the Single Sign-On bar, click "Activate Google Apps"
- Wait for 5 minutes and test your account by clicking the Google Apps icon in the Single Sign-On bar.

- If you had previously shared your calendar, you'll need to re-share it after migrating to Google Apps.

- When sharing your calendar, be sure to enter their email address with their Pawprint username followed by "@mail.wou.edu" (e.g. user@mail.wou.edu)
