Recognize the various dimensions of diversity, including, but not limited to: race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, age, religion/spirituality, size, abilities and disabilities, and gender expression/identity.
Understand self relative to diversity

Become aware of how your cultural identity can cause undue influence on those from other backgrounds, through self assessment
