END OF YEAR CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:

With the end of the 2014-2015 academic year, the residence halls and Valsetz Dining Hall will close at 5 pm on Friday, June 12.

ALL STUDENTS HAVE TWO CHECKOUT OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THEM:
STANDARD CHECKOUT AND EXPRESS CHECKOUT

PLAN TO CHECK-OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR LAST FINAL.

Please donate your unwanted items to the Union Gospel Mission - receptacles are located within the residential complex.

YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE OPTION OR THE OTHER.

Whichever option you choose, with the exception of Arbor Park residents, if you will be graduationg or assisting with commencement or need to stay over until Saturday, for any other reason, START BY CONTACTING UNIVERSITY HOUSING AND FILLING OUT A PETITION.

Check-out for students staying beyond the academic year contract must be completed by 4:30 pm, Saturday, June 13.
ANY REQUESTS TO STAY BEYOND JUNE 1th MUST START WITH A PETITION - CONTACT UNIVERSITY HOUSING.

For detailed information regarding the check-out procedure and year-end closure of the residence halls, including
spending of extra meal dollars and cleaning check lists, please use the link below:

- Extra Security Students who wish to have a "lockout" device placed on their door, or have their locks placed in lockout mode (for electronic locks) for extra security must request to do so in writing in the University Housing office before 4:30 pm on Tuesday, November 22nd. All occupants of the room must sign the lockout request sheet if a lockout device is requested.
  • The Residence Halls will re-open at Noon on Sunday November, 25th

  • Keep in mind the following basic information regarding the break:

    RESIDENTS OF ACKERMAN, BARNUM, BUTLER, GENTLE and
    HERITAGE HALLS - PLEASE NOTE:

    If you choose to stay on campus during the break, you will be moving to LANDERS HALL for the break.
    Single rooms are available.

    You will sign up to stay for the break when you come to the office, and select your space in Landers Hall.
