Housing Renewal Details -

If you cannot find what you need, please contact University Housing.

  • TERMS and CONDITIONS STATEMENT - The following statement will be part of the on-line process to select the room and roommate of your choice for the coming year. You must agree to the statement to be able to participate in the process. REMEMBER - you are NOT COMMITTED IN ANY WAY if you do not select, or you are not pulled into a room or apartment.

You will be responsible for a $350 charge if you choose a specific room or apartment for the 2014-2015 academic year, and then choose to CANCEL that reservation while still attending Western Oregon University Fall Term, 2014.
The $350 charge will not be assessed if you do not select a specific space to live on campus for the coming academic year, or if you do not enroll at Western Oregon University during Fall Term, 2014, and cancel your housing reservation.

Rates and Comparisons

To plan for your campus housing for next year, the links below will open printable copies of informational pages that include PROPOSED room and board rates for the coming academic year, and cost comparison sheets for on and off campus options. Please keep in mind that cost comparisons for off campus options are estimates ONLY. Your results may vary depending upon eating and entertainment habits, energy costs and roommate conflicts which could lead to loss of roommate revenue.

Rates for the Housing Renewal Process are being finalized. Currently, the expected rate increase has been CAPPED at 2.5%. This capped estimate has been included in the rates listed on the Housing Renewal information accessed below. This increase is the lowest that we have seen in the last 10 years. If the budget can be finalized with less than a 2.5% increase, actual rates will be increased only to the degree needed to cover budgetary expenses.

  • HOUSING RENEWAL INFORMATION Rate information can be found on page 2.
