Contracts

Housing at Western Oregon University is granted on the basis of an agreement between the University and the student. By signing, you agree to spend the entire academic year (or remainder thereof) in University Housing. Contracts may be viewed and printed by clicking the link(s) below.

Housing contracts

Contracts for each Academic Year are mailed out to residents one time in the summer - they must be signed, dated and returned to guarantee housing in the Fall. Residents arriving for check in for other terms will receive their contract at the time of check in. If you wish to make a copy for yourself, please use the links below.

The 2011-2012 Housing Contract was mailed out Monday, July 25th and are due back with student signatures by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, August 3rd.
