SPRING TERM CHECK-IN: NOON - 5:00 PM, SUNDAY, MARCH 31, 2013
Spring Term will officially begin with the opening of the Residence Halls on Sunday, March 31st.
Staff will be on hand to welcome new residents starting at Noon. The check-in process for new residents is scheduled to run from Noon - 5:00 pm.
NEW RESIDENTS SHOULD REPORT TO THE CENTRAL AREA OF THE BUILDING TO WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED. PLEASE USE THE LINK BELOW TO ACCESS THE RESIDENTIAL MAP TO GUIDE YOU. For students arriving after 5 pm on Sunday, March 31st - contact numbers for check-in staff will be posted at each check-in location. Additionally, the Residential Service Center (See below for location and phone number) will be open late to assist with check-in.

ARBOR PARK (Cedar, Noble or Spruce Halls)- CHECK IN AT SEQUOIA COMMONS: # 10 on the map.
BARNUM, BUTLER OR GENTLE HALL: CHECK IN AT GENTLE HALL LOUNGE: # 3 on the map.
HERITAGE HALL: CHECK IN AT HERITAGE HALL: # 9 on the map.
LANDERS HALL: CHECK IN AT LANDERS HALL SECOND FLOOR LOUNGE: # 5 on the map.

If you are unsure of your assigned building, or require further assistance, please go to the Residential Service Center, located on the North side of the Valsetz Dining Hall - #6 on the Residential Map. The RSC can be reached by phone at 503-838-8363.

New students needing to check in after Sunday, March 31st should contact the Office of University Housing and Campus Dining with their estimated time and date of arrival to hold their room reservation.
Returning Students

The Residence Halls and Valsetz Dining Hall will officially re-open for Spring Term at Noon on Sunday March 31st. Returning students can go directly to their rooms/apartments and will have access starting at Noon.

REMEMBER TO TURN IN YOUR RE-CONTRACTING ROOM RENEWAL FORMS BY 5 pm Wednesday, April 3rd.
ONLY RESIDENTS WHO SUBMIT THEIR COMPLETED ROOM RENEWAL FORMS ON TIME WILL BE SCHEDULED TO ATTEND ROOM SIGN-UP NIGHT AND SELECT THE ROOM OR APARTMENT AND ROOMMATES OF THEIR CHOICE FOR THE COMING YEAR.

YOU CAN CHECK THE WOU PORTAL after 5 pm on Friday, April 5th to see where you stand in the order of names that will be called at Room Sign Up Night to make your accommodation selections for the coming academic year.
