Reserving Space for Campus Organization
- Due to the high demand of usage the Health and Wellness Center does have specific guidelines regarding reserving spaces for campus organizations.
- A lead time is required for events requiring set-up, equipment, supervision or custodial services. Any request with less than two weeks notice will be rejected.
- Gymnasium in the Health and Wellness Center is not reserved for student events or team practice during the fall, winter or spring terms.
- Gymnasium priorities are for their intended purpose, football, Frisbee, baton twirling, etc., are not space appropriate activities.
- Some events hosted by Campus Recreation are not to be played outside of their scheduled game time (i.e. Dodge Ball). Practice time for such activities is not permitted.
- Aquatic Center rental must be supervised by a Health and Wellness Center lifeguard.
- Our rates are based on the number of participants and type of program that you request. We regularly schedule category 1 and 2 groups throughout the year, category 3 groups during the summer term or breaks.

Facility Closures
The Health and Wellness Center may be closed and/or reservations canceled when warranted. During official university holidays and breaks, facilities may be closed or operate with limited hours. In addition, required maintenance and staff training may necessitate closure of parts or all of affected facilities. Every effort will be made to ensure operation during inclement weather days.
