Below you will find the current fee structure for 2012-2013.

All fees are charged confidentially to the student's WOU account.

We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding our fees, services or any other information that you may need. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (503) 838-8313.

SERVICE FEE

Health Service Fee

  • Charged automatically each Fall, Winter & Spring term for students with 6+ credits
  • May be paid by part-time students (1-5 credits) if Health & Counseling Services are desired

  • Charged automatically each Summer for students with 6+ credits
  • May be paid by students taking 1-5 credits during Summer term if Health & Counseling services are desired

Student Health Insurance Fees-Domestic Students

*Please note: Cover under the 2011-2012 Student Medical Plan ended on June 20, 2012 unless

Sumer Term coverage has been purchased

* The existing insurance plan (2011-2012) will NOT be offered for the 2012-2013 academic year.

This is due to a PPACA Regulation.

* Students will no longer be automatically enrolled in the Plan as part of enrollment at WOU.

* ACTION IS REQUIRED to continue coverage under the

Western Oregon University Student Health Insurance Plan.

The charges listed below are for Domestic Students enrolled for 6+ credit hours (not including online credit hours).
ENROLLMENT IN THIS COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE PLAN FOR 2012-2013 IS OPTIONAL.
