The charges listed below have been approved for the 2012-13 academic year.
Students enrolled in 1-8 credits are charged tuition based on the course(s) (either undergraduate or graduate) and residency status. Students enrolled in 9 or more credits are charged tuition based on student level (undergraduate, postbaccalaureate, or graduate) and residency status. Postbaccalaureate undergraduates pay undergraduate tuition and fees; postbaccalaureate graduates pay graduate tuition and fees. Baccalaurete degree holders may petition to be admitted to the postbaccalaureate nondegree program and pay undergraduate rates; students are precluded from claiming graduate credit for graduate courses taken in this status.
Note: The following applies to 2012-13 Western Promise, 2011-12 Western Promise, 2010-11 Western Promise, 2009-10 Western Promise, 2008-09 Western Promise, resident undergraduate traditional, nonresident undergraduate and graduate students. A $282 one-time matriculation fee is assessed on all new and transfer students.
All students taking 6 hours or more are assessed a $95.00 health service fee. The health service fee is optional for students taking fewer than 6 credits. Students taking fewer than 6 hours who wish to use the health service may pay the additional fee at the cashiers. Students who have 6 hours or more at any time during the term are responsible for this fee.

The costs of self-support courses do not include Incidental, Health & Wellness or Health Services fees; therefore, students registering only for self-support courses are not eligible to use services supported by Incidental, Health & Wellness or Health Services fees.
Students who drop a self-support class after the 100% refund period may owe at least partial fees for the class.
