The WUC is the center of campus activity for WOU students. You might consider hosting an information table to make direct contact with students. the best hours to reach the most students are between 11am and 2pm during the academic year. We send weekly e-mail announcements to students with a schedule of recruiters hosting information tables. If you would like to see a map of the WUC click on this link. You can conduct interviews with several WOU candidates on-campus in a short amount of time. Our office will reserve the room and schedule the interview time slots when provided with the names and contact information for the students. Want to get noticed by students on campus? Provide food as you host an information meeting about the intership, volunteer or job opportunities you have available. Service Learning & Career Development provides many programs for our students that involve in-person participation by employers and organizations. Workshop presentations and event opportunities are available. Please let us know if you would be interested in participating in this type of event.
Our staff is available for consultation and assistance in setting up internships, strategizing recruiter employment postings, and providing additional career-related resources.
