ASWOU Constitution and By-Laws:
ASWOU Constitution: This document can only be changed if both the ASWOU Senate, and the ASWOU Student Body approve it. Normally constitution changes are voted on in the annual ASWOU Election in the Spring. The ASWOU Constitution creates the three different branches of ASWOU and lists out the powers of these branches.
ASWOU By-Laws: This document can be changed at any time during the year by the ASWOU Senate by a simple majority vote. The ASWOU By-Laws contain day to day procedures that ASWOU follows.
