Western Oregon University operates on the quarter system and has three terms during the academic year: Fall, Winter, and Spring. The dates in the chart below are the beginning and ending dates of classes for each term. Typically, you will arrive two weeks prior to the beginning of the term to participate in orientation and other activities. A complete calendar is included in the Resource Guide for Exchange Students.
