What do you need to apply?
- Passport photo
- Proof of student status
- Proof of age
- Payment of $28 if you provide your own photo (Payment can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or we can put the charge on your WOU student account.)
- Payment of $29 if you wish us to take your photo for you (Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or we can put the charge on your WOU student account.)
