Request for Off-campus Employment Authorization

Please complete the form below to request approval to apply for jobs that occur off-campus. Though international students are normally not eligible to work at jobs that are off-campus, they may qualify for off-campus employment authorization if their funding for tuition and living expenses undergoes a change that is beyond the control of the student. For example, a student's parent loses their job and can no longer provide the money the student needs to continue their program of study.
