Instructional Design at WOU
Welcome to the instructional design and technology integration webpage. Looking for the right web tool for your next class? Need help developing an online course? Want to know about upcoming workshops? You've come to the right place!
Modern communication technology has changed the way people do business, socialize, and learn. In order to stay competitive in an increasingly digital world, our graduates need to leave with relevant skills. Effective technology use in your courses can not only help you address diverse learning needs as an instructor, but it can also foster these necessary technology skills among your students.
What is instructional design? Instructional design is the practice of planning or creating educational resources in order to ensure a quality learning experience for students. We have an instructional designer on staff with DEP to help you develop your online and hybrid courses.
