The ECG and ACLS Care courses are setup as a workshop with an option to add Credit Overlay. Students who want to register for this training must do the following steps:

  1. Email the instructor, Robert Delikat and request to register with him and pay for the training. Phone: 971-404-5848
  2. Complete the EMS - ED Registration form and send to Robert Delikat
  3. If students want to also gain WOU credit, they can register with the below form and pay credit overlay cost of tuition $50/per credit.

Credit overlay is a term used to offer an "overlay" of university credit for classes or workshops. This allows students and professionals the opportunity to gain WOU credit for a class or seminar they already plan to attend. Not all participants in the class need sign up for academic credit.

Seminar: Application of concepts in ECG and ACLS Care

This course is an entry level class for ECG Interpretation and ACLS training, with an emphasis on critical thinking in the clinical setting. This course is appropriate for Nursing and Paramedic students, resident physicians, nurses, PA's, Paramedics, community Physicians, or anyone with responsibility to assess and manage acute emergencies.
