A global experience in the comfort of your living room

Western Oregon University is excited to offer the only Master of Arts in Management of International Higher Education through a University in the United Kingdom. This is accomplished through a partnership with Edge Hill University; located in Ormskirk outside Liverpool, England. Using a hybrid teaching format, Edge Hill developed this unique credit-based program with busy professionals in mind. It specifically addresses the needs of a wide range of professionals either currently working or aspiring to work in the field of international education.

A degree that fits your busy schedule

This program consists mainly of online classes with one face-to-face meeting each term. The structure is modular, designed so busy professionals like you can work at your own pace. The two-year program is divided into nine-week terms which include eight weeks of online courses taught by an Edge Hill instructor, followed by three days of face-to-face meetings in the United States.

A personalized experience to help you succeed

You will progress through the program in a cohort of about 20 students; giving you the opportunity to develop relationships with instructors and learn from each other's experiences. In addition to the supportive group environment, you will be assigned a personal tutor and have the staff at Western Oregon University to help guide your success throughout the entire program. Your degree will be awarded by Edge Hill University after successfully completing the program.

Application Deadlines

Applications are currently being accepted for Fall Term 2012 (cohorts would begin in September). Priority consideration will be given to applications received by August 15, 2012.
