All workshops are free for Western Oregon University faculty and staff. Although drop-ins are welcome, space permitting, you are encouraged to reserve your space in the class by emailing the instructor. Individual instruction is also offered on many other topics.
Wednesday, September 19, 2012: Getting Stared with Moodle for Faculty and Staff
For instructors new to Moodle, WOU's online learning management system, here's a one-hour quick start. In this introductory workshop, you will get a chance to create your own course shell and learn how to use the most popular tools -- uploading files, managing forums, etc. This workshop will also highlight some of the new features in Moodle 2.0.
