About the Picnic & Auction

Over the past decade the Annual Smith Fine Arts Picnic & Auction has grown from a small gathering of arts supporters

to becoming the major fundraising event for the series. Proceeds from the Picnic and Auction help support the series and its educational missions. For 34 years the series has touched the lives of thousands of local students and community members through quality arts programming. You can help us continue our success by attending this exciting fundraising event! Join us or an evening of gourmet food and wine, live music and exciting items to win!

• Sponsors will be listed on the invitation

Highlights from 2010

The 2010 Smith Series summer picnic and auction was a warm evening, and an overwhelming success. This year

over $29,000 was raised with the enthusiastic help of volunteers and guests. The Smith Series is dedicated to

providing entertainment that enriches not only the lives of those who attend its performances, but also to students at

Western Oregon University and other students in the community. Thank you to all of our donors and participants.
