Army ROTC

The cadre

ROTC is an organization that fosters an environment where cadets (ROTC students) learn leadership skills in a safe and challenging environment. Classroom instruction is provided by a dedicated group of experienced military and civilian professionals (cadre). The ROTC cadre mentor, counsel, and provide feedback on the cadets strengths and weaknesses at least once per term.

Western Oregon University Army ROTC is a partnership school with Oregon State University Army ROTC. The Professor of Military Science is located at Oregon State University. The following information includes the Professor of Military Science and the Western Oregon University Army ROTC Cadre.
