WOU Biology faculty have developed a variety of ongoing undergraduate research projects, the purposes of which are to enrich the education experience and opportunities of our majors. Research is encouraged not only as part of many laboratory curricula but also as part of independent study projects and summer experiences. In all cases, students work directly with faculty. The following links represent current research project links made by specific faculty and course-based research.
