2013 Festival Dates
The 32nd annual Western Oregon University High School Band & Orchestra Music Festival has been expanded to three days and will occur April 3-5, 2013, in WOU's Rice Auditorium. Festival adjudicators are Karl Raschkes, Chuck Bolton, Ben Brooks, and David Becker.

The festival is open to high school bands and orchestras regardless of classification. Please download the following links for application form and other information. For additional information contact Dr. Ike Nail at 503.838.8341.
