Location

Western Oregon University is located conveniently close to I-5, and is easily reached in less than 1 1/2 hours when driving from Portland.

Given the early starting time for most sessions on Saturday morning, those traveling from greater distances may wish to make hotel arrangements. A partial listing of hotels is provided in this Newsletter, including several within easy walking distance of the meeting venue, lower-rate options, and downtown hotels for those desiring the full Wine Country experience.

Registration

Pre-registration speeds up the registration process, saves you money, and helps us greatly with lunch planning. If you have not yet registered, please do so immediately. A registration form is included in the newsletter or as a single document. Send the completed form with your payment to Liz Atkinson (address at the bottom of the registration form).

Late registration fees commence on February 6.

The late registration fee is only $2, so if you miss the date, please do still plan to join us at the annual meeting.

Lunch is included in your meeting registration fee, but can only be guaranteed if you pre-register for the meeting.

All presenters must be members of the Oregon Academy of Science.
