Professional:
I am a teacher, my area of expertise is in Health Education and Martial Sciences. I've spent the past 44 years learning and growing in a number of martial arts and yoga styles and hold Master level rankings and degrees in several allowing me to realized how much I don't know. My passion is Tai Chi Chuan the ancient Chinese art of longevity but I enjoy all movement arts and dance. I have also spent sixteen years in the medical community, eight years working and teaching in the medical school at the University of Minnesota and eight years in the private sector as an Interventional Cardiovascular specialist working in the area of Cardiovascular Radiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
