Project SPELL: Sustainable Practices for English Language Leaners, is a Federal grant awarded to Western Oregon University with the focus on ESOL endorsement, coaching, and professional learning communities. Western Oregon University's ESOL/Bilingual Education program prepares teachers to ensure that English Language Learners (ELLs) succeed in all aspects of their schooling.
For teacher's working in our participating school districts, class tuition and fees are paid for by the SPELL grant. The money out-of-pocket for students will include the National Evaluation Series (NES) testing fee and the fee to TSPC to add the endorsement to their license. For some Districts textbooks are provided and others the students purchase them. To inquire about admission to the program, please contact Karla Hale at 838-8521 or email@example.com.

You are using a dynamic assistive view of the Western Oregon University site. It has all the same data and features of the original site but formatted just with assistive users in mind. It has links and content reorganized to aid assistive users and has controls at the bottom under assistive options that allow you to control key aspects such as font size and contrast colors etc.
This is not a separate text-only site, it's a dynamic view that uses unique technology from Usablenet to give assistive users better, more accessible access to the same content and features as all users that use the graphic view of the site.
