Welcome!The Office of Human Resources is the center of employee relations at Western Oregon University. In addition to recruitment & employment, staff in the Office of Human Resources assist current employees with benefits, affirmative action, workers compensation, employee & labor relations & performance reviews.

Mission Statement The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to support the faculty and staff of Western Oregon University in their commitment to the core principles of providing effective learning opportunities for students;  promoting an accessible and diverse campus community; and, supporting the university’s educational, financial, and  environmental sustainability. The Office of Human Resources will strive to provide efficient and effective services to support the recruitment, retention, and development of faculty and staff by working with others in the campus community to improve the services offered.
